Launched in September 2009 The Travel Club is a private members-only club open exclusively to travel & tourism industry professionals.
PFT was briefed to produce an authoritative and contemporary corporate identity together with a suite of literature including general information and membership packs.
Appealing to an international market – and with nothing closely similar in the market - key objectives were to distinctly position the product, reinforce its unique proposition and plainly communicate member benefits:

Central to marketing activity is a content rich website delivering essential information ranging from the club’s facilities to its event programme. Moreover, online payment incorporating unique referencing of membership application forms enable trace-to-source of sales activity also undertaken by the club’s strategic partners and international representatives.
Regular member and non-member newsletters are produced to ensure that club offers and services are constantly communicated. |
